This beautiful, luxurious bungalow offers superb accommodation with amazing views to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. An extremely spacious, split level terrace surrounds a large heated swimming pool and makes the property perfect for enjoying the Lanzarote sun. The bungalow is located on a quiet, prestigious development of properties which are only a short walk from the attractions of Puerto Del Carmen. For larger groups or families wishing to holiday together, Villa Montana, which is next to Villa Mirador, can also be rented.

Interior
The property is light and airy throughout with attractive furnishings and patio doors ensuring guests can enjoy the spectacular views. The open plan lounge and dining area is comfortably furnished and leads to the well equipped, contemporary kitchen. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, stylish built-in wardrobes and en-suite shower room. Patio doors lead onto the upper terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds and use of a second bathroom with full suite and overhead shower. Villa Mirador can accommodate 4 people in the existing bedrooms and an additional child under 12 years of age on a fold-a-way bed in the lounge.

Exterior
The outdoor area of this property is truly outstanding. Patio doors from the lounge and master bedroom lead to the upper terrace. Patio furniture and a barbeque ensure guests can enjoy alfresco dining and watch the sunset over Fuerteventura. A gate and a few steps lead to the lower terrace and the 7.5m x 3.5m, electrically heated pool which features Roman steps for easy access. There is ample space on both the upper and lower terraces for sunbathing.

Amenities
The bungalow is situated in a beautiful and exclusive residential area but within easy walking distance of a large selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. It is only a couple of minutes’ drive or a ten-minute walk to the picturesque old harbour area with its choice of excellent local restaurants. The fabulous golden beaches of Puerto del Carmen are nearby and it is conveniently located for touring the island.

Services
For guests staying longer than seven nights, there is a weekly maid service with a mid week mini clean and towel change.
