Villa Princesa

This magnificent, three-storey, luxury villa is located in the exclusive Marina of Puerto Calero. It has a variety of areas to relax and sunbath, whilst giving you fabulous views of the sea and mountains. Situated in Puerto Calero, it is a 5-10 minute stroll to the beautiful marina, which has an impressive promenade of international restaurants, bars and designer boutiques. Several fascinating marine excursions depart from here. Puerto del Carmen is a 5-10 minute drive away. Here you will find the picturesque, charming, old-town harbour that has a selection of fish restaurants and bars, as well as the resort centre, with its miles of golden beaches and superb amenities.

Interior
This wonderful, stylish villa is extremely light and spacious throughout and has been decorated to a very high standard. The large living room with air conditionaing has a large flat screen TV with a DVD and Sky HD box with limited channels (ITV 1 and Ch 5 available). A beautifully appointed dining area leads on from the living room with leather chairs and patio doors leading to a covered terrace with seating to enable a chill out by the pool. There is a separate, contemporary kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances. There are six delightful bedrooms, all with large fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom on the ground floor has a kingsize bed, air conditioning and a high quality modern en-suite bathroom with twin showers, bath and twin basins. Patio doors lead to the main pool area and sunbathing terrace. There are a two bedrooms on this same floor, both with air conditioning, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed. There is also a gorgeous family bathroom with a spacious shower, bath and twin basins. On the lower floor there is another large living area with comfortable leather sofas, which is perfect for those who would like a quiet room to relax and read or watch a film on the wall mounted flat screen TV and DVD player. A further two bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor. One has two double beds and the other a double bed with a modern ensuite with bath/shower and twin basins. A further bedroom, which has a king size bed, is on the first floor which has another lovely modern en-suite with shower, bath and twin basins. Patio doors lead out to the roof terrace where you will find the fabulous jacuzzi where you can sit back and enjoy the fantastic views of the mountains and sea.

Exterior
The main sunbathing terrace has a lovely private, electrically heated pool. An excellent sheltered outside dining area will enable you to enjoy the perfect al fresco dining experience during the warm evenings.

Amenities
Puerto Calero is the first and most famous marina on Lanzarote. It was designed and built to attract the worlds most glamorous super yachts and offers an accordingly sophisticated atmosphere. Many exclusive regattas are hosted here and attract members of the Spanish royal family along with famous sports people. A variety of restaurants, designer shops and a supermarket are located along the waterfront with charming views of the hustle and bustle of the marina. The Canarian Cetacean Museum, the only dolphin and whale museum in Spain, offers a unique opportunity to learn about these fascinating creatures, their sounds and habits through over two hundred exhibits. There is also a selection of excellent excursions that leave from the marina, including a submarine diving adventure, catamaran sailing, big game fishing and the possibility of chartering yachts and luxury cruisers. Alternatively a water taxi or bus service links the area with the main resort of Puerto del Carmen; clients with cars can drive there in less than ten minutes. The resort is home to five kilometres of spectacular, golden beaches. Puerto Calero is a fifteen minute transfer from the airport.

Tariff
The villa is available to rent on a weekly basis or for a shorter duration subject to availability. Any arrival day is considered subject to availability. The Villa sleeps a maximum of 14.

Please note the rates shown are for 6 persons per week. Please add £75 per additional person per week up to a maximum of 14 in total. A cot and high chair are also available on request.

We require a deposit of 50% to secure your booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.
