Notes on accommodation; The apartment is managed by a local management service, who are available for any problems you may have with the apartment on 24hour call. This is a family owned apartment and has been used by children and grandchildren frequently. There are plenty of videos and beach toys left behind by us and other guests. Please feel free to help yourself to the library of holiday books and you are always welcome to leave some new books behind.

Accessibility: The apartment is on the first floor and is not accessible for wheelchair users.

Outside: The apartment has its own private balcony with sunbed, table, chairs and a parasol. There are sea views and it overlooks the pool.

Coast/Beach: The main beach of Puerto Del Carmen is a 5 minutes walk downhill. It is a well walked one-way street with pavements, supermarkets and shops.

Golf: There are 2 golf courses on the island and the apartment is a 5 mins drive from the newest golf course which has recently opened.

Travel: The airport is a 20 mins easy drive away.

Distances: The apartment is located in the very popular Cinco Plazas complex, it is a 20 min walk to the old port, and the road leading to it is situated half way between the San Antonio Hotel and the Fariones Hotel.
